Super Stealth Tip for Faster Weight Loss Results

If you are trying to lose weight or trying to improve your health, one thing you want to ask yourself is, “What is the energy behind all of the actions I am taking?” When I am at the grocery store, when I’m preparing my food, when I’m making food choices, even when I’m exercising or doing anything else to improve my health or lose weight and have that body that I really want, what is that energy that I am putting into these actions? One thing that you don’t want to do, is be putting fear into those actions. For example, if you listen to the news or read health books and every day there is something about “this food is great for this” or “this food is really good for this”, you might start stressing about your food like, “Oh I’m not eating enough blueberries” or “I better eat my nuts today or I am going to get heart disease.” Are you putting fear into the action? If you go to the gym, are you over doing it where you find yourself huffing and puffing and breathing out of your mouth? All of these things; the really over doing it at the gym so that you are huffing and puffing out of your mouth, stressing about your food, putting fear into your actions is actually counterintuitive to your goals because it is going to release stress response and that is going to cause your body to release cortisol. Cortisol is the stress hormone, which makes your body want to hold onto fat and make you crave carbs and sugar and that is just going to make it even more difficult for you to keep on with those actions. So, I want to tell you to relax and know that you are doing great by just taking any action to improve your health. Eating the best quality, most natural, from the farm foods and eating only when you’re hungry, stopping when you’re full, you are going to be great.
